Paul, the posthorn player

Recommended Posts

Could he not be shown on screen doing his horny thing from home or elsewhere in the stadium via teams or something? I mean playing the horn of course. Just imagine being the one telling a fired up Kasper to wait in the tunnel longer as his connection is lagging at the moment! There's hologram technology too, THIS CAN BE DONE!

Not sure anyone needs to be doing there horny thing on screen in front of 32,000 people.

He played the Post Horn Galop at my wedding a couple of years ago, it was bloody brilliant.

I’m told he’s not been at band practice since June but does pick his kid(s) up from school daily.

Says to me that either he’s lost his love for music or the club have pulled the plug. Hopefully the latter and the club reinstate him soon.

Is Filbert allowed?

I assume not in the 'red' zone, but is allowed behind the advertising hoardings on the track around the stadium. That's where I've seen him anyway.

Definitely not lost his love for music, he is still around the brass band scene and he is still involved with the club.

I understand they are looking at him doing the last post for the remembrance fixture, but he will be off the pitch near one of the stands mic'd up.
