Apparently KP have tonnes of money they want to waste on us and its only PSR regs that have put us in the position were in?

Since the mid 90's At one time they were talking about moving nearly to MK.

I'd imagine it's mainly down to increased costs although delaying it will only add to the cost.

 

If you take the NI Casement Park development

 

With every month that passed, the potential construction bill went up and up as the cost of building materials rose rapidly.

All of a sudden, the original price tag of £77.5m would hardly pay for one of the grandstands.

The UK government now estimates the potential cost will be more than £400m.

Yeah its finally happening.

 

Right next to a church, which you'd think would be a major obstacle, but the church has welcomed it apparantly.
