I don't get why so many of us are twerking for Lingard. The man's had half a good season out on loan at an overperforming West Ham side. He's since come back to manure and done duck all. What use would he be for us currently anyway? We can't realistically play him in Youri's spot, if Madders gets his fingers out he is miles better than Lingard and even for depth there'd be no point with Ayo still here.

Lingard is a disaster waiting to happen really isn’t he? He’s looking for a massive wage and you just know he wouldn’t arrive and be the west ham version of himself

.. it is strange that he goes away and performs as a Premier League player and comes back and slips back into less than ordinary!!!

  Like all families, they only see you in one way and treat you as such. Sometimes you have to leave in order to grow, and at the moment he is not maturing as he could. 

  KDH is also in that limbo situation and it is not easy for him to be taking a step back (because that is what is happening) waiting for a chance to play in a team the manager does not feel you are at the right level for.
