Probably one of the worst I’ve seen Ndidi in a city shirt. Feels like he needs taking out of the side.

 

Great to have Maddison back finally. Needs to get someone massaging that arsecheek stat.

 

Our defence still worryingly bad. We don’t ever look like winning aerial balls.

Better second half. However, we can’t keep ignoring the first half issues. Not happy with how we are managed at the moment.

Poor first half, rescued a point in the second where we looked better on the front foot but just as nervous defensively. 
 

Need to be better than that.

Yet another slow start, another 2 goals conceded, and a strong finish. The second half was a million times better than the first thanks to KDH who did more in his first 5 minutes than Soumare in the entire first half. The lads threw themselves at crosses (2nd half) and but for the miss by Vardy should have won this game. 2 points dropped.

Much better 2nd half, defending much better and a lot more threatening going forward, KDH impressive

Oh, feedback on the match? 1st half awful, 2nd so much better and should have won it. Vardy will be furious with himself, but I'm proud of our fight in that half. A point is fair - they are a decent side.

 

Also, Wilf is off form and needs a confidence booster. Add to that, please start KDH over Soumaré. He made a massive difference. You could feel the angry determination to get something out of that game. Love it .

Madders did very well, Perez and KDH did well, Vardy should have won it. Good Second Half, First Half awful. Not convinced we get anything against Villa on that performance

Another in the long list of not very good teams we've handed goals to and struggled against.

 

Not really enjoying watching us any more, just end up frustrated.

Fair result, Madders looked good until he went down after 70 odd mins.

 

Wilf is unusually shaky at the minute, needs to sort himself out.

 

Take the point and move on.

The reaction in the 2nd half is also part of the management. 

 

However, having said that, I totally agree the slow and laborious starts aren't the way we should play and we have to begin on top and aggressively. The fact we are responding and reacting and still scoring, picking up a point is a positive slant on it.

It’s easy to say that’s a fair result but outside of two utter brain****s off set pieces, they had nothing. Dropped chance there that we’d have taken last two seasons 

League below the top three isn't special at all. West Ham who everyone was raving about with one point in three games. Brighton not won in nine and sit 7th. Wolves in a great run have failed to score against Norwich and Burnley.

That second half performance was excellent, especially given it was our third game in six days. First half awful, but second half shows what can be. In truth we probably should have won, but one thing it shows to me is our spirit is good, even if our defence is not at the moment

Awful first half and good second half. Still getting overrun in midfield even with Wilf back. Barnes unlucky not to score and Vardy had a shocker with his late chance

Barnes needs to work on shooting more, could've won it for us. 

Vardy miss, just one of those days, next time it'll go right for him.

Thought Thomas had a good game from the back four. 

Still really to get a grip on the best midfield for Villa. KDH edging out Soumare based on tonight's performance.
