It’s mental isn’t it and you would, we’ll probably not be surprised about how many people would complain about something so minute because it’ll ruin their collection by having the wrong date on it. 
 

I wouldn’t completely remove clappers even though I can’t stand them, but what I would do is have a collection point for them for the people that actually wanted them.

The club said they'd do this about 3 years ago, obviously nothing has happened
