Europa Conference League Draw & General Chat

We ought to be capable of winning this but echo previous comments. His record is consistently bad in Europe to the point I don't think it's a coincidence. He's routinely turned over by far poorer resourced sides.

I think we'll beat Randers who are by bookies odds, the worst team left in the competition. Don't think we'll go loads further though.

Sadly I fear the same, but hopefully our quality in playes can see us through. It may be the last European tie for a few years hence my urge to attend (away from home).

....I think we have luckily dropped on a formation that works for us!!!

I am not wary of the upcoming game as we will have the positivity within the team to impose ourselves on teams. Rodgers will finally overcome his poor record in Europe.

How can they if it breaks French law? Is this the same in Austria?

Not many immigrants sail into Austria in dinghies, so difficult to make direct comparisons.

Random and very unlikely to happen question - If Man Utd win the champions league, west ham win the europa league and we win the conference league but all three of us finish outisde the top 7, could we theoretically have 10 english clubs in europe next season?

No I believe the limit is still 7 teams in Europe

In that case, I think it would go as follows:

PL Top 3, CL winners and EL winners into CL. 4th in the PL and UECL winners go into EL.

5th wouldn’t even get into the Conference
