Infairness to Ferrari I don't think pitting Sainz was that daft it was more the constant stay out box stay out bollocks. They just seem so indecisive

the Sainz decision was ridiculous. Either they had good reason to believe the tyres were gonna pop, or they just wanted Max to lose his FL point. I suspect the latter

Not really worked out for him at Aston Martin but will go down as one of the legends of the sport for his 4 World titles at Red Bull.

I don't think he fits the bill honestly, vettel wasn't signed as a neccesity, but almost someone to legitimise the team. Big pedigree, big face overall big driver I mean an Aston Martin F1 team with Hulkenburg and Stroll seems very underwhelming and not quite the direction it look like they were going in, if it was still force India/racing point I think it would've worked.
