That was incredible. Liverpool never really looked like scoring after we went ahead.

 

It’s not just the result, it’s the type of performance that you want to see. For too long we have defended too passively and been too easy to play through, today we were really dogged and fully deserved the win. Incredible given the circumstances.

Wes Morgan wasn't the best defender in the world, he was never going to win a Ballon D'or but fvck he'd put his life on the line if it got a clean sheet.
