My only saving grace is… surely we aren’t stupid enough to let cannon go if we really aren’t going to bring a striker in. Especially  with Daka’s injury. 
 

We absolutely let cannon go and not replace him. It’ll happen

This is just a ploy so we don't get sucked in to paying over the odds by coming across as desperate 

 

I mean, it's not like us to be some sort of laughing stock on deadline day, nothing at all springs to mind to have my trust in them falter..........:ph34r:

What a waste of time going back to the national league. Especially since he's been training with the first team. Why didn't they just use that as a chance to have one of the younger keepers around the first team squad for the exposure.

A lot slating the purchase of Skipp & deemed a not necessary position over a striker, but without Skipp the new striker would be pointless because we’d never be able to keep the ball long enough to get it to him 🤷‍♂️
