The shit there about "Arsenal have been interested since May" Really???? They only spotted him in May? Not when he refused to sign the new deal 12 months ago, not when he smashed one in at Wembley? According the the blaggers in the last 12 months, Tielemans has been "interesting" Arsenal, "on the radar" of Liverpool "being monitored by" United and "in the sights" of several clubs in La Liga. As it stands he doesn't need replacing given our squad issues, so cash in if possible. A late bid isn't a dealbreaker. I agree with it going on to long but how is it bad management if the manager wants to keep the players happy? Surely thats a good thing. With regards to selling him, who do we sell him too? Arsenal are interested but they have made ZERO bids. you can only sell to a buyer and if there is no buyer he stays as per his contract. Agree in the main, but you could argue that he wouldn’t be a massive mobility downgrade on Xhaka at Arsenal or Jorginho at Chelsea. Nowhere near the levels required for Man C, Liverpool or Spurs (who have recruited excellently and have opted for mobile and technically sound players in Bentacur & Bissouma for example).
