The real question is beside whether if we have enough surplus after other signings is whether if we risk alienating him the longer we wait? I like how he's a different option to Barnes, one of his best assets is being a bit more robust on the ball against teams and we've seen when Barnes struggles to beat his man of find space that we can be nullified but Lookman is better and bulldozing his way through or using his pace and skill differently to Harvey. I'm pretty sure as part of the agreement that fee is locked in and they have to accept it for a certain amount of time so they can't jack the price.
