I'm about as anti Rodgers as they come and I can't fathom why people have any pessimism about this fixture. We'll clearly go with the strongest available line up in this game and it will have more than enough to put Forest to the sword.

This was the team that played Millwall away, absolute car crash of a team.

Defence would still let in less goals than ours this season.

No surprise we lost there and at Newport, disgraceful teams in hindsight lol

I watched this on TV. I have no recollection of Cabbage ever starting for us! It was a car crash, but still should have beaten a League 1 side.

Properly buzzing for this.

I think we'll all be buzzing, come 4pm a week on Sunday.

We just need to remember a few things ...

We are currently a totally unpredictable midtable Premier League team, without our best defenders (Evans & Fofana) and attacker (Vardy).

Forest are at home, much improved and currently on a really good run.

We can win, but it won't be easy.

It's definitely going to be worth the wait.

Grabbon just limped out of their defeat at Cardiff ….

Their captain and by far their leading scorer.  Didn't look like a player who'd be back in a week.

Cardiff opened up their defense several times.  Iheanacho and/or Daka should shred it.

Next week will be different. It's their cup final and we saw against Arsenal they can exploit a superior opposition that isn't up for it on the day. I think that Brendan will see this as a good opportunity to increase his fan credit to be banked for later.

They will be a different team at home playing us in the cup. We need to turn up.

In fairness to Rodgers, he seems up for it. Said he was looking forward to it and misses derby games. I've no reason to believe we wont turn up.
