Wesley Fofana - He is no more - finished - forgotten.

Recommended Posts

Let him go.  People here saying he will worth more next season are on something.  He will just be dragged down to our normal levels if he stays and then he won't command 85 million then after a drab season playing with this lot.

Get rid.  Pay off Rodgers and quickly get someone else in, and pray we can stay out the bottom 3 this season for a rebuild in Jan and next summer.

Shows a weakness of temperament if he has , not good for a CB. He he is not some fancy pants winger with a stupid hair cut. Responsibility is vital at the back. I don',t think its that at all. Today he was up against a class international striker and his lack of experience was found out.

Fofana waving to fans all by him self after the game

Perhaps had a rocket after storming off , he looked like he wanted to do well today,  but he was poor ...but he will have bad games, he's 21. We've talked him up too much

So last week he's gone cause he didn't go and see the fans and this week he's gone cause he did go and clap for them?

God this place is pathetic

According to tanner he tried to walk straight down the tunnel but rodgers turned him around and sent him to applaud the fans …

100m plus defender :giggle:

average rating of 4.2 from our fans from that game.

A lot of potential, but still a raw talent.

If we get a offer of 85m we have done well.

I don’t think there will be any offers, he certainly demonstrated today why he not worth £85 million.

We need a refresh of at least 3 new players in the starting 11. We've gone stale. If the right offer comes in and we have the correct oversight to spend the money wisely on 3 quality additions then it's best to cash in now.

Do we?  Or do we need to change the person in charge who instructs these guys to go out an play in a turgid, boring and frankly piss poor style of football week on week?

What are we meant to do instead?

We can't play with wingers because our current fit options are Albrighton and Perez

We can't really go with a diamond in midfield to avoid playing Amartey because we surrender the wide areas and can't properly press

Realistically the only change we can and should undertake currently is to drop Ndidi in favour of Daka/ Iheanacho up front alongside Vardy

Totally with you.  We all know collectively that we have certain players whose name go on that team sheet despite not putting in a performance for literally months.  There's your cohesion killer right there.  This is the crux of the problem.  If something isn't working, or players aren't performing, then Rodgers does nothing to amend it.

That's why it's stale.  He either doesn't know what to do to change it, or doesn't want to.  And both options lead to a bigger mess than we are in now.
