Why have it shot in a studio then have the player leaning forwards and poor lighting? 
 

Not to be too radical but just maybe, the shirt should be quite visible?

I was going to say that but having seen the subsequent pictures I think my preference would have been for it to be far less visible

Dont think that's bad actually, might encourage some deadwood to move on faster so they dont have to wear it.
