That's what we said about Youri this time last year. And he ended up at bloody Villa! The lack of real interest in Maddison from the truly big clubs is a reality check for both the player and us as fans. These clubs are clearly uncertain about him which has meant that Arsenal and Man U have preferred Havertz and Mount respectively, whilst Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea seem entirely disinterested.
