Outstanding 2nd 45mins and credit to BR for the substitutions at HT of which there is no doubt were needed.

 

Roma will be tough but that win should give us lots of confidence that we can go on and win this outright.

For once,  after we equalised I thought there is only one team going to win this and it isn’t the opposition.

Sangare was class for them as well. Really good at winning the ball but could play so well too. Perfect player for us.

Thought we handled the game brilliantly after Ricardo’s goal. Was fully expecting to them to really pile the pressure on but we saw it out without incident, much like we used to.

Great isn't it that we only get to hear our tune at an away match! Perhaps it'll get noticed but doubtful. Nice one, PSV, for recognising something that our own club doesn't.
