It's a shoulder barge. Nothing wrong with either of the challenges he's made.

What constitutes a shoulder barge these days?

Just bumping into players so they fall over?

Is a ‘shoulder barge’ still in the rules?

Shoulder on shoulder challenge. If it's in the back it's a foul. Both were fine in my humble opinion :D

Wolves player can do the same, or be stronger.

You could be right Stan

Im just surprised that any type of ‘barging’ is still in the laws of the game

Darren Fletcher with his classic "things I've noticed which don't need mentioning but I will anyway, Jermaine" commentary. "Man City like players called Silva, don't they, Jermaine?" "Erling Haaland, not bad is he, Jermaine?"

I didn’t say anything about Leicester?

🤷‍♂️

True you did not. But as it stands, we are in brown smelly stuff big time - with Wolves.

Are we really 6 points behind Bournemouth after 6 games?  How is Rogers still here?

I can only think it’s the pay off

I think it was originally intended for when two players are shoulder to shoulder challenging for the ball and you could push against them, I'm pretty sure it wasn't meant to be a direct charge at someone's shoulder it seems to have evolved over the years as refs have been inconsistent in their interpretation of it.

It's very despondent, isn't it?

McCoist started out like that. Thankfully, he switched it round after a while and the difference in enjoyment, as an armchair fan, was superb. Jenas makes me want to turn the sound off. It’s an entertainment industry and he is just a bit miserable.
