He knows what he’s doing. The bloke isn’t thick. He just wants a move in January.

I think he is. It’s factually that he was touted to every club in big four European leagues who’d qualified for the CL plus the other two from the PL’s top six.

No one wanted him - those that had a think about it (included Napoli and even Sporting) can’t justify his wages unless he wants to take a huge pay cut

What about when he made some announcement in August 2 weeks before the deadline saying everyone will know where he's going in a fortnight lol

He talks about disrespect but he's hardly shown any himself.

Random memory unlocked. But remember in 2016-17 when Claudio said he had a private meeting with Vards and Mahrez but then we carried on being dogsh** lol

And I don't think we ever knew what the issue or what that meeting was about. Makes you wonder why they comment on these things

It would appear, Ronaldo has played his last match for Manchester United and waited until the World Cup to get it all

off his chest.

Perfectly timed to get booted out in January, giving the club 5 weeks to get rid of him.

Man U were willing to let him go on a free in the summer but nobody wanted him or pay his wages.

Anyways, all respect lost for him.

Still think F*rest might get out of it. They've looked solid in recent weeks (especially at home) and, as they don't have many players at the WC, Cooper will now have what is basically a second pre-season to create a more coherent and organised team, something he wasn't able to do in the summer with the huge number of signings.

Obviously, hope I'm wrong!

Unfortunately I think you're right. The standard this season has been awful which has helped them massively stay in touch so far.

They will make a few more signings in January and somehow get it right in the 2nd half of the season..yuk.

What is TalkTV?!?

Ronaldo would have gone in August, if someone have him.

Ultimately, he’s not up to playing at the level and bizarrely he shouldn’t have been signed in the first place. We all said he couldn’t press, so why did they sign him?

Unless he takes a pay cut, or gets cut at a massive financial loss to Man U, then it’s game over.

He should have gone to a farmers league to continue to stat pad.

"Farmers league" to "stat pad"?? He scored 18 league goals in our league last season.

The Ronaldo saga has been handled poorly by the club and the player, no one come out of this well including the manager.

The key to managing a big club is as much about managing the egos as the tactics.

Man U should have moved him on in the summer, massive mistake to keep him if you are going to put him out to pasture.
