Like Rodgers with us, he is paid a fortune to talk the club up and accept the responsibility when things go awry but no, he couldn't do it because everything is against him. Despite the fact he was lauded as a hero for finishing 4th last season and given hundreds of millions to improve the squad, he presides over limp cup and European exits and several poor league results. I know we'll have a laugh because it's Tottenham and we don't like them etc but these managers take the piss. Small difference between them is that Conte has won basically everything in his career between management and playing. He was a phenomenal player and has been an incredible manager.
