If Chelsea lose their next game and all the bottom five pick up results, is it possible that Chelsea maybe pulled into the relegation fight. Very, very unlikely but if Leicester and Forest both win our games Monday, three games to go Chelsea could only be 6 points off the relegation zone. Even if they don't go down the idea of relegation battle and Chelsea in the same sentence does sound super strange.

Got Man C and Newcastle to play too.

Goodness knows where Chelsea will be if they lose to Forest!

Chelsea only need a point to stay anyway, but as you say the fixtures do get interesting for them... Bournemouth away next week who to be fair isn't an easy place to go at present, Forest you think they'd win but after that Man City, Man Utd and Newcastle to play. That's not a run they would want.

For those wondering what Tuchel did, he's bloody German.

I say this as someone who has lived in Deutschland and who admires their culture (apart from maybe Udo Lindenberg and Herbert Grönemeyer) but they are all, all 80 million of them, into cannibalism, scat porn and pregnant Asian babes. And also, environmentalism.

Even the elderly ladies.

Especially the elderly ladies.

Draw your own conclusions.

I remember a case in Germany about  15 years ago about a completely consensual murder/cannibalism.  One guy wanted to kill and eat someone and put an advert on some site and got a an applicant whose fantasy was to be killed and eaten.

They agreed to do it and the guy who wanted to be killed and eaten said to the other guy he wanted to be picked up in a slaughter truck like he was cattle. I had to laugh when the cannibal said to him "I haven't got a slaughter truck, you'll have to get the train". lol

They both ended up going through with it and I think the guy was found not guilty of murder.

Chelsea last got relegated in 87/88, whereas Everton last went down in 50/51. So the idea of Everton not being in the top flight seems even more strange to me.

That’s an urban myth based on an episode of Terry And June.

The comment below is taken from the BBC live commentary of the arsenal - Chelsea game lol

Stevie: Good win for Arsenal, with Chelsea on such a terrible run, but still with some quality players, I thought it might be a banana skin for them. Who signed off the £75m or whatever it was for Fofana? he's horrendous

True but when was the last time Chelsea were in relegation battle? Everton have been hanging on to their premier league status for a long time. But of course Everton are a massive club them being relegated would be huge.

Chelsea are not in a relegation battle

they are likely to finish 12th or 13th which is incredible in itself

They are not, however, with games running out it does get to the point where if there are 2 or 3 games to go, and it’s mathematically possible for you to go down then you get drawn into it.
For what it’s worth, I don’t think they’ll be anywhere near the bottom but like others have said… if Chelsea were to lose the remainder of their games - very possible the way they are playing, and the bottom 6 teams have some surprise wins… it’s could get a bit squeaky for them

Tbh Guardiola usually goes as strong as possible for all games because he wants to win. I just want Arsenal to win so that the top and bottom are interesting going into the final games.

It's fortunate for us that Man City  play West Ham, Leeds and then Everton in their next three games and then a tough looking three after that.

With Arsenal winning tonight then if they win their last four then Man City still need 14pts from six games so whilst the neutral might think the title is almost sewn up Pep and Man City realise they can't afford to drop points until Arsenal do. Man City play both West Ham and Leeds before Arsenal play again.

Of course it's a desperation move. It's a desperate situation for them. Can he really be a disaster over 4 games though, any more than Gracia had been?

Exactly.  Desperate times call  for desperate measures.  Who else is going to take a 4-week job?

Maybe I am unfairly focusing too hard on Fofana, but he does seem to be at fault for many of Chelsea's conceded goals. He seems to get beaten quite easily and often lunges too early and gets flat footed. Not saying he will go the way of Maguire, but I am surprised he is looking as ropey as he is.

Foffana has turned into foofoobanana!

The kids has had two long injury spells and it doesnt look like he ever fully recovered his full fitness, sharpness and confidence.

with a new decent manager & coaching regime he could get back to his best but right now he looks as bad as everyone else in that Chelsea team.

it was funny hearing the arse fans singing “your f***** shi*!” To the chelsea lot. That’s payback. I remember when chelsea came to the KP last season and they sang that to us which really made my blood boil.
