Fair play to him again, I’ll hold my hands up. He worries me still with a couple things but we’re not gonna get a complete goalkeeper as they play for the best teams in the World.

A couple of shaky moments and some really good moments which far out weighed them and another clean sheet .Loved the fans singing his name at the end which will only help to add to his confidence . Thought Pickford looked shit

I always think he looks quite short for a keeper isn’t he?

 

Been impressed with him recently anyway, stopped everything he has needed to, looked more assured at playing out and coming for crosses and corners. The one tonight where he was bundled into the net, by coming to claim it, as a keeper you will win the decision. Kasper would have stayed routed to his line and not won the decision and relieved the pressure.

Could be my (and others) criticism could be a little misguided. He's performed really well in the last few games with Faes commanding the defence.

at least he comes for them and wins most, much better commanding his box than Kasper.

He’s 6ft3” an inch taller than Kasper

I thought the opposite. Apart from when he was fouled  he came out and affected them.

 

Made a few one on one saves, and stopped some shots, too.

I was going to mention this, there was one cross/corner and they said he looks a bit unconvincing and not very commanding just after he got a good hand on a it and pushed it away .

Kasper is a legend and i loved him here but Its so refreshing to see a keeper command his area with no nonsense distribution.
