It is certain that after Brendan Rogers placed him on his IT IS ALL HIS FAULT black list, Cags switched his agent to prepare to leave Foxes.

This is an unfortunate development because he could be serving LCFC for long years to come.

It appears that Brendan Rogers prepare to lose Cags and happy to roll his dice on senior citizen Evans and technically limited Amartey on defense.

Not too phased by Cags leaving. More disappointed we’ll need to change the lyrics to Maguire’s chant.

I'd still be happier to hear he's signed a new contract, but that's clearly not happening. I just hope we take his next club to the cleaners. We almost always let players go cheap, and I can see the same happening with Kele, Perez and Co too.

He was never the same after that Bournemouth 4 - 1 defeat a couple of seasons ago. 

 

Really liked the guy and a superb player on his day but far too erratic and not the partner for WF.

He's 26, so it's not like we can wait for him to develop,  he should be peaking now.

 

He lacks composure, he's clumsy and generally has looked completely out of his depth for a long time now.

 

I think we were all drew to him with his long hair, and the odd time he'd turn a defender inside out with one of his swivels - But - truth be told, he's not good enough for us.

New contract has been on the table for ages, should’ve signed it if he wanted to stay.

I think he is. I know a chap who used to come into contact with an acquaintance of Cags through work, he said he’s been wanting to leave since last season, which would make sense.

A bit harsh. Yes, we've let some players go cheap, but we've also cashed in on players like Maguire, Drinkwater, and Chilwell. Always a gamble when you sign players.

Very apathetic about him leaving. His form absolutely fell off a cliff, if either of the Madrid clubs genuinely want him, I’d snap their hands off. Wouldn’t sell him to Chelsea though.
