tell Praet, KDH and Vardy to go full tilt for 45mins. Don't create a self fulfilling prophecy by starting with 5 at the back as they might hope we will do.

 

50 mins  - take off Praet and Vardy for Daka and Iheanacho - drop ndidi slightly back and then use Tielemans and maddison to get balls in behind full backs or work around them in triangles with Iheanacho and wingbacks. Don't default to sit back and ping it for Vardy to run as Saliba, White and Gabriel aint that bad.

I don't think we play badly at the Emirates. We just don't get the rub and Arsenal have something of a hoodoo on us. The gunners can be pretty average and still sneak the 3 points in the last 5 mins. When was the last team we beat a good side with good momentum? I know it's only one game in but they had a strong pre season and the mood is good there. I just think we're too soft to mount a proper effort here.

Wouldn't usually predict Daka Vardy up top, but after the weekend who knows. If we had a competent RW we could exploit the space left by Zinchenko on that side

...it will be a nice hot day, Daka for Vardy as the change Perez for Nacho!!!
