Thing is, there's contact. If he doesn't try and pull out, he'd get clattered. That's where the interpretation of the laws are always wrong.

 

Contact doesn't mean it has to be a penalty but equally, no contact doesn't mean it can't be a penalty. It's about intent and impeding an opponent which Ramsdale still does there.

Big 6 looked after by VAR as usual. Other way around "oh, needs to be a high bar to overturn, stick to the on pitch decision". Quick, bung them a bit of extra money and all, can't let them get upset and treaten to levae the league again. Just line up and slobber all over them endlessly forever. Well I don’t think we have played badly in so much as we are not making like really bad mistakes I just don’t think we are good enough if that makes sense. We are just low quality…
