New Manager? Who do you Want?

Recommended Posts

Doesn't matter Top is protecting the future of club finances, can't spend 30million to sack Rodgers, it will go against the future proofing of the club finances 😂😂Bs! You dont have the money to invest to the club admit it Top

I doubt we go for a big name manager again.

Big name managers want big wages and transfer budgets, neither of which we can or should give in the near future.

I honestly wouldn't be overly surprised to see us look abroad for someone who has overachieved on a tight budget.

JOB ADVERT

New Manager needed !

We are a Premier League club, well only just.

We are currently supporting all the other clubs in the Premiership :)

We appear to have no money to spend

We could lose 7 players in about nine months for nothing

Our defence is a bit err, ... leaky

No way can we afford to compensate your current club, well unless that is Oxofrd United maybe

No way will we be paying you anywhere near what  the last plonker got

Realistic applicants only please

Going after Top in every thread is a bit weird.

Don’t get the Dyche suggestions. We’re in big trouble. OK, let’s get the person who had a terrible final season at his previous club, playing football most of our fans don’t have the appetite for.

Makes no sense

We have the appetite to stay in the premier League

Enough said, enough sense

Dyche would fix that leaky defence, and I don’t see why he would automatically kill our creativity as has been mentioned.

At Burnley he played to his strengths and budget, and he would here also.

We don't create much so we don't have to worry about him killing it off.

I get it, Dyche is hardly a sexy manager. However, we have financial issues, maybe bigger than we know, we have a leakier defence than the Titanic, and our players seem to lack any kind of confidence or desire. We need someone who can come in, settle quickly, kick the player's up the arse and get them defending heroically, whilst also benefiting from attacking players like Maddison, Tielemans, Barnes etc. Scoring has never been our problem. Defence, desire and fight has been. Give it Dyche, 18 month contract. Get us away from relegation, and by then hopefully we are on a better financial footing and the deadwood is long gone. Then we begin to look at pushing that top 6-7 again, if possible. Just get used to avoiding post match interviews, unless you want that bloody voice!
