Over the last 8 months i have been preparing mentally for relegation.

 

If it isn't this season it will be the next.

Anyone between 13-20 can go down and will be one of those teams that will be forgotten about without much further thought. A Stoke, Bolton or Boro. 
 

I always thought we’d slip away from the heights of the past few seasons but the massive drop to be in this position is pathetic from the club.

I was of the opinion earlier in the season that the squad was good enough to stay up but the tactics etc are screwing us, I’m more of the opinion now that the squad just isn’t good enough, really fearful to be honest, no idea where the points are coming from.

We simply have to improve our results vs the top 10 and that if we concede a goal that we can still get results because as it stands those diabolical trends will relegate us without doubt. 

 

This has to start in the next few weeks because if we are cur adrift after another 6-9 streak of losses then I don't see us recovering, not coupled with a multitude of players whose contracts are up, this is what happened to West Brom 4-5 years ago. Its a perfect storm made worse for us by a weak mentality from squad and management.

 

I'm being overly bleak here and I'm still hopeful with a few signings we turn this around even if just for this season with inevitable further struggles to come but I swear some of our fans are oblivious to the trouble we are in and dare I say it the club an'all. Whilst their busy backing abrendan but not bringing any players in as we wait for the rebuild once players leave in the summer and beyond, it could be way too late and catastrophe.

Look we are all looking for some type of redemption,miracle,class act, or saviours...They ain't there , it's not going to happen.it's going to be an hard graft,hoping Rodgers can get his stars performing to "Our" expectations & hopes..

 

So Let take the fan's hands together & pray ,the twists and turns work for us..

Support & encourage the guys sent out wearing the foxes badge..

We are not sure when,but Maddisons return will help..& hope promised signings might give us a lift...

We've messed our chance up at this point anyway, I'm intrigued to see how low we can go.

 

A couple of seasons in the championship and I look forward to seeing all the people that use the word "entitled" still sticking around and taking an interest :D

 

Will Alves and Sammy B tearing it up in the championship could be fun.

Bad as we are I can't believe we'll lose 9 in a row. It's an ominous run of fixtures though. I think 6/1 on us to drop is very kind to us.

Remember how we were all saying that Madders would be mad to go to Newcastle because the revolution there had only just kicked off and it remained to be seen if Howe could do well?

 

How things change. 

 

I just hope blind squirrel bren_da occasionally finds the nut and gets lucky with a few games to get us to 40 points. If not we can blame dumb and dumber bren_da and Top for this outrage.
