On 1 November, he scored his first goal for the club in a 2–1 home win over Strasbourg; a powerful header from a corner-kick taken by Valon Berisha

Bullet header from a corner ? GET THIS ****ER IN.

Not quite bullet header, but is the captain, so might have a bit more backbone than some of our squad

According to GOAL, Torino have made a €10m plus €4m add-ons offer for Reims centre-back Wout Faes (24) – the Belgian has already agreed a four-year contract with the Italian side. Reims, however, want €15m for the defender with more easier-to-attain add-ons to the deal.

Good to note Torino try to screw everyone and not just us.  Tight buggers.

Got his first Belgium cap recently so that's a good sign... not that defence is their strong point of course.

Feels very us this, actually seems like there's some scouting/long term thinking involved in this one

Is it just me or are they shocking percentiles for a CB?

These stats for defenders can be deceiving because it can depend on how the team plays - the stats are per 90 remember

The defensive stats for someone like Dias for example initially look shocking because he barely has to engage a player so they are all in the very low percentile

But they look brilliant for Tarkowski because he has to defend a lot

Right footed centre back (comfortably play on the left side) and can deputise as a holding midfielder. Loves a slide tackle, very comfortable on the ball and likes to bring the ball forward.

good signing if done but wouldn’t see him as a “star in the making” type of player.
