You mean like Vestergaard with all his Premier League experience??? Our 3 major signing failures - Perez, Bertrand and Vestergaard - all had PL experience and were Rodgers/Congleton signings. Putting Perez in this category based on his fee, which was reportedly £30 million. If you think he's delivered what was expected from him, you have low expectations. First season's returns were OK but since then, they've been poor. A good impact sub for £30 million, wow. The list is very long for successful signings who are young, high potentials.
