I highly doubt he has much to do with the running of the club at all. He won’t have a clue what goes on day-to-day. His attitude will be “leave it to the board”. It turns toxic and Top pulls the plug. Can't see him sacking Rodgers based on today. Feels to me, especially with his attendance at the game, that the win will be confirmation bias. I genuinely think the reason he won't sack Brendan isn't to do with finances but because he genuinely adores Brendan. They will both relegate us at this rate and I don't care what credit the family have in the bank, relegating a team with a squad like this is not far off the astonishing achievements they've brought in, especially when you can see it coming a mile off and he still won't act. They deserve each other, go and take him to Leuven if he's that besotted with him, although that's really unfair on them and their manager who's doing a very good job. I am furious now, how can a multi billionaire be this out of touch? His celebrations when we scored on Monday seemed like a man revelling in the achievements of someone he absolutely adores in Brendan and its breathtaking.
