I quite like the OTT nature of this funeral as we're unlikely to see the stature and longevity of someone like the Queen in our lifetimes

But we'd do well to remember the cost of this when, over the winter months, we're told there's absolutely no money to subsidise the public for energy bills.

edit - worth noting I’ve never put on such an extravagant event so I could be way out.
