Just listening to the LADBible interview with Sean Dyche on YouTube. I wasn't a big fan of him being an option for replacing Rogers, but I have to admit, he's changed my mind a bit. I had him down as a bit old school, maybe a bit behind the times and all of that. However, I think I might be wrong. He could be just what we need to lift the players, pull the team together etc.

 

I'd say it's at least worth a listen if you get chance.

on that basis, you'd take Moyes if he was available wouldn't you? (I would...) he fits the bill.

In terms of the players there is definitely some really good talents in our academy

People here happy if we get Moyes, Rafa or Hassenhuttl.......while West Ham and particularly Southampton will go after a young up and coming manager from a European club

Yes over some of the others quoted on here. Our model needs stability in management and approach. Execution in key areas on and off the pitch in the upper quartile of performance repeated again and again. We have slipped a bit over the past couple of years.
