Personally, in our situation right now, I'd have packed midfield and go for stability and review during the game if and when to bring on attack minded players. Which means I may well have sacrificed a striker for an extra (vaguely forward ) man in midfield  - Perez or Praet - ahead of Daka

I believe Cags came back injured from the Internationals & he wasn’t in the training pics/video for this game so maybe still injured.

Vestergaard was so maybe still a doorstop.

No choice but to start Soumare unfortunately. I'm absolutely willing him on like every other player with our badge on their chest but he's a liability and will likely cost us. Notts F broke through our defence far too easily and Soumare is not the answer. 

 

No confidence in that team and should've started Vardy.

He needs to show them 'El Collapsico' from a few seasons ago. Doing the same worked against forest. Basically say - if you let that happen again MOTD will be all over you again so get out there and ****ing get into them. If we play on the front foot and move the ball quickly we'll do well it's when we are hesitant and don't back ourselves that teams smell blood. 

Soumare needs to not drop any bollocks and gift them any sloppy interceptions, same for Justin and Tielemans who have been guilty of leaving centre backs like sitting ducks in previous games. 

Maddison off the right is our only way now as it's been shown it can work.

Vardy's probably more suited for coming on for the last 20 now rather than starting. He'd be a tired defenders worst nightmare.
