Can't believe the Special Friendship buddies have played out a safe 0-0 together just to screw over our chances of getting out there group.

I hate to break it to you, but the Special Friendship Buddies are history.

Just need to avoid a 4-0 defeat to progress. That wasn’t pretty mind. No real clear cut chances from either side. Going through as group winners is in our hands.

Get ready for the knockouts lads.

"We're struggling a bit here boss"

"Yeah, we'll give it another 20 and see what happens"

"....and then bring on Phil Foden, the most naturally-gifted English footballer in a decade?"

"Oh no no no. I'll put Jordan on. Just to shore things up a bit."

Let's be honest international football in general has very few sides who go at it every single game, even the better ones are prone to clangers - but he doesn't help himself does he, ****ing hell

I don’t think he’s at all bothered what the public think about him.

Southgate is first and foremost ‘don’t lose’ and ‘keep my job’.

The only time England look any good is when we take the shackles off and go for it. Bit like Leicester tbh.

But remember, Southgate gets tournament football and a point here keeps his qualifying tracker spreadsheet green.

Whatever happens this tournament, from winning it, to going out in the groups, I don't want him anywhere near those players and the national team.

He shouldn't have been after the euros.

Turgid football.

But all we hear is "most successful manager since Sir Alf"

Fvck off.
