Because they are the new fresh team in this World Cup. They looked really good against Belgium (but that might not mean much afterall). I am excited to see if they can push Croatia also.

No idea where the Hazard brothers were meant to be playing.

De Bruyne & Tielemans when he came on had no movement in front of them. 
He brings someone like Trossard on, who looked like he was playing LWB.
