I'm absolutely convinced they made P and P1 matchday tickets only because once the expansion is done they are going to shift the away fans round slightly more into the North stand. They need to get the away fans out of the East stand to stop them standing in front of the new boxes, so shift them round a block or two. There's no current ST holders in those blocks like you say, so no moaning about "this is my seat" when those seats become the away end.

Out of interest, did the club ever offer P/P1 as a location for the section and is it that UFS weren't really in favour? There's an argument it would have improved the atmosphere in the short term, but I suppose the current SK1 position might be better longer term - factoring in the future expansion, possible relocation of fans and safe standing.

Consensus from both sides was that it wasn't a good option long term.

Agree with the moaning but the atmosphere wasn’t too bad, can only speak for at the top of the upper tier. Embarrassing as soon as the goal went in. Everyone who tried to get an atmosphere prior went silent and resulted in certain signs towards the players at full time. Many around us shouting “what are you clapping for” - thought we’d gone back 6 months lol

We have just got really bad at celebrating a win. I know we are a scalp for them but the Riverside was absolutely bouncing yesterday when they beat us. It was like a nightclub after the final whistle. Then away games we haven’t celebrated a win properly since Villa last year. I’m sorry but the straight back up straight back up song is crap, Leeds and Hull celebrated properly when they done us at the KP. Are we spoiled from winning the league that we just can’t get excited enough any more. Just ain’t got any kind of song repertoire have we

Unfortunately not and never will under the current circumstances.. when it’s silent yesterday we have loads of player chants, a few club chants and of all that could be started.. duh duh duh L..C..F..C   It would be interesting to hear peoples most disliked chant because that for me at the moment goes to the top of my list..

They got absolutely caned for 90 mins and won it with a 83rd minute screamer. If similar happened at the KP against a 'top' side, we'd be as loud. Reference Spurs and Wolves at home last season. Also, if there was a light show and loud 90s disco music after a win at the KP, 90% of the inhabitants of this parish would spontaneously combust in anger.

It wasn't as good pre-goal granted but their goal, and 10 mins or so after were the best I've seen all season by a mile. Really loud.

A ground where the layout was restructured to give them a proper 'end'.

Our away end wasn't very good again. Come to the conclusion we are beyond repair.

I had a couple of lads in front of me on their phone all game, more interested in gambling than watching the game. Very strange to see.

I was near the UFS lads (I assume)near the back, and i didn’t think it was too bad.Definitely been to worse.

Still a few not saying a thing.

There was an older lady a few rows in front of me and the loudest she was,was in the minute’s silence.Until someone shouted “ shut the fcuk up”

still can’t believe I got Moreti at £3.75 a pint in a boozer near the station.

If we go up, it’ll go back to being even more dead.

Genuinely considering going out on a high if we go up.

PL football isn't for me (or any match going fan) and I would have given up the ST this season if we stayed up I think.
