Notts Forest vs LCFC - Match Thread

Recommended Posts

Tense. Thomas loosing the ball how many times? They're just letting him have time with it. Otherwise okay, Vardy abit isolated. Miss Maddison alot as I feel Notts weakest through the middle, and Scarpa's showing glimpses of what it is too.

Could go either way.

Two shite teams. But that's an improvement for us.

Barnes is going to get in again at some point, but Will he find some confidence to take it. Vardy offering **** all again. Ndidi and Albrighton have done well, need to get tielemans on the ball more.

Why is there always an enormous space underneath everything that you post?

PL quality not on show today.  But even if we grind out a turgid 0-0 it will break the sequence of defeats and do a little to raise confidence.

The manager spent the whole of last season calling them not good enough lmao. A 0-0 does nothing.

Perfect opportunity for Thomas to put a big tackle in aurier then and get some confidence. Not just him, but we are so weak and have no fight I'm us anymore

That was painful to watch, just sitting off when there's a 50/50 ball, then fouling someone from behind trying to get it back which is never going to end well.

At least he’s fit enough to play

Barnes should have scored.

Vardy should have reacted quicker to a corner that was heading back in from back post.

Youri had a deflected shot that went close.

They had one header that went wide.

And another chance which was spurned wide.

We should be ahead but we're low on confidence as it is and it shows in some of our play. Not enough players to support Vardy to create regular chances or even shots on target.

It's one of them really really shite games so so low on quality it's painful. It's like a FIFA match where every pass on both teams is not powerful enough. Forest have their best and in form striker out and we have our best player out, but really there's no excuse on either side for how bad this game has been.

Think you're the only other person watching the game, we've looked dangerous when Timmy is making the overlapping run

So shite and it's gonna be one goal that separates it.

Please get two upfront

It was my observation since we played QPR in preseason a long time ago that two up front is better than an ageing Vardy on his own. He’s a legend but persevering with it now is just ludicrous. Look how effective it was when we were forced into it two seasons ago. Iheanacho had a purple patch.

Don’t worry they will be getting a clap and hug at halftime and told they are playing great. More of the same lads.

Rodgers loves Rodgerball, and this is it at its prime. Control.
