Bought daka and maddison on to camp our own penalty area. Performance on the whole was terrible. The draw will still probably keep him in a job longer. It shouldn't. He should go tonight. 

 

Brighton look like abit of a budget version of us when we were good. Fair play to them.

Waits till 80th minute to bring Vardy off, even though he didn’t look like a threat all game.

Even when Maddison came on. We never looked to string a few passes together.

Very difficult to win premier league football matches if you have a 20 minute period where you just can’t keep the ball. Really really poor on the ball.

 

Still there’s a chunk of people who will be delighted we didn’t try to control a game with possession. Imagine every 90s style hoof was met with a cheer.

Didn't watch the game, but sounds like we were lucky to get a point.

All we can hope for is 1 or 2 more in January to boost morale / performances, as it doesn't look like the manager is going anywhere (especially when so many fans seem to still think he's not the problem).

Oaly like that every week, and with Madders rerunning to the team, we start moving up the table pretty soon.

More points lost from winning positions, most predictable equaliser ever. We didn't deserve to win the game, shape after the we took the lead was ridiculous. Soon as we got the ball we had no-one to pass too. Vardy should've came off when Maddison came on. 

 

Point closer to survival, we need anything we can get but not even close to a performance to improve confidence in Rodgers.

I thought the players applied themselves well. Same old story that we aren’t nasty enough though. They kicked maddison everytime he got near the ball to stop him creating something. 

 

we let mitoma and macallister waltz around all game and didn’t do the dirty things needed to halt them. 

 

we bottled it when it mattered once again and that comes down from the top. 

 

overall though, that was better than i expected from us.

I don't understand why we chose to sit so deep with 25 minutes to go, they had chance after chance but Rodgers did nothing. What a shame

Rodgers needs to be sacked. There is just not fight in this side for a relegation battle which is what we are in. We need 4 players next week, a Centre back is essential, a right winger, a decent ball winning central midfielder and a striker. Otherwise we will probably go down due to a lack of quality, fight, spirit and an overall negative approach which stems from a manager whose time here should be finished.
