Maddison loves it and he's our best player by some distance. WYS isn't what's making our players crap

These type of threads come around every so often and, I must admit, I get somewhat frustrated by them.

 

The atmosphere at the King Power stadium is so dead these days I almost favour any attempt to generate a bit of passion or noise. 
 

It’s too slow, fast, difficult to sing, cringe, doesn’t have much artistic merit, someone else sings it etc. etc. At the moment if it generates a noise just shout it or sing it - anything FFS!

Fast forward to Feb 11th when we get hammered by Spurs. 

 

Interviewer "what went wrong today Brendan"

 

Brendan "well it was all down to that song when you're smiling. Why play that? I don't want anyone in this stadium smiling! I want everyone to go home crying. But seriously though I don't have any say on transfers and the players just aren't good enough".

Andy Williams or Michael Buble spice it up OK. Most versions are better than bloody Jersey Budd - where did they ever find him from?!
