I agree than Barnes has been terrible for a long time, and Vardy is in a sad decline. None of the 3 should be getting on the pitch. But people seem to have this idea that Daka is going to suddenly turn into a goal machine as soon as we start playing well. No chance. Simply he’s about as poor as any other player in our squad at the moment bar Maddison, it’s not about defending him it’s about looking at the bigger picture that something is very wrong with the set up of this team at the moment and the way they are managed. To judge any player under this manager just isn’t right. You're creating contradictions and arguing yourself in circles to try and defend him, He doesn't make stuff happen! He's had chances today against a League Two side and fluffed the lot of them. He's scored 3 goals all season, but he's making stuff happen? How is he making stuff happen but getting no service? Can't you see that's a complete contradiction and pretty half-hearted buzzphrases to try and defend him.
