The biggest difference is that the attack doesn't break down, which it did with Perez, but arguably also with Albrighton, Praet, Maddison even. It's because he is direct and can run at defenders like Barnes and it means we can make that sort of attack from both sides. He was making the run for his goal several times before he scored it. It's an option that is always on. I can see where the "selfish" with the ball comments come from though! But to be expected with a player like this, Mahrez was quite similar in that regards.
