Be good to see now Brendan has gone to see if he was stifling Tete’s flair game ?

I think he will benefit if we decide to move the ball up the pitch and out wide as soon as it’s on and not wait for the opposition to get back in shape while we play it along our back line for a while

You are having a fcking laugh?

How was Rodgers stifling the 'flair game' at Lyon? This guy was absolutely fcking shite in France and unsurprisingly, is even worse in the PL.

Rodgers shouldve been sacked for playing him. Or Rodgers shouldve sacked the scouting team that recommended him. There's no talent to stifle. It was crystal clear to anyone with half a football brain the lad is out his depth.

8 goals 10 assists in 30 for a mid-table team may not be world-beating numbers but nor are they indicative of a player who is absolutely ****ing shite and devoid of talent

Fair enough. Hyperbole got the better of me. But he was deemed surplus to requirements at a level way below ours. And came with an underwhelming reference from Lyon supporters.

@Ric Flair would argue otherwise.

genuinely think we'll see a very different player if the new manager believes in attacking football. the ponderous build up play that's been the hallmark of Rodgers last 18 months is not one for flair wingers who want to get the ball in space and start running.

Quite right and the same would go for Under too. Our strikers Vardy, Iheanacho and Daka have also suffered for similar reasons.

Nah, he's shit. I'll be more interested, as always when a coach gets the temp manager job, which players don't start and I think Tete will be one of them dropped. He's rubbish.

At least we can see why we weren't going all out to get him permanently. Obviously he gets a chance under the new management team. We have a type, players who are capable but go between good to really really bad. Barnes, Iheanacho, Daka all fall into this category.

Who is responsible for signing these players or even scouting  them because there's obviously a breakdown somewhere between the recruitment and the manager.

Rud....Kin....

Also needs to go
