His kicking is some of the worst I’ve seen. Decent number 2 at best for me, still clear of Ward though.

Got a clean sheet, so let’s forget that they hit the bar 3 times dropped one and one cleared off the line. From 4 shots on target.

Should we stay up, he probably isn’t the answer in the top flight.

I don't forget that at all.

 

But you've not pointed out that Iversen made 4 saves from their shots on target?

Iverson will probably just about do in the championship where we will hopefully be under less pressure 

he certainly won’t do in the PL

Goalkeepers start attacks these days, this guy isn't starting a single attack at any point so painfully slow and has a brainfreeze whenever he has the ball. Better at saving shots than Ward but we need better whichever league we're in.

Championship,  he'll be fine and might well do better for the experience

Aslong as the ball stays out the net, I don’t really care about his kicking.

Kasper very similar, keepers develop later , and we arent exactly in a position to go for top level keepers.

He was frigging dreadful at times. The dropped ball, the missed flap and kicking out throughout, especially at the end. Unforgiveable that was.

Let’s put this into perspective. He has played about 12 top level games in his life. All those games have been in a relegation battle with a troubled defence. Some decisions have been mistakes but perhaps, being young and inexperienced, the psychology behind it would be he is desperately trying to get hold of the ball to calm things down and help the team.

 

His kicking needs work but I wouldn’t write him off just yet.

That dropped catch broke my remote. I threw it expecting it to go in

Plays a full season in the prem and would cost us quite a few points, championship should be ok, unfortunately we have worse players in the squad

Under constant barage for 80 minutes, made the crucial saves when needed, was a nervy night for everyone

You could’ve said the same about Ward at the start of the season.

 

unfortunately at this level mistakes get punished.

 

top performance against Everton, but some very suspect clangers in others given the short amount of games he has played in.

 

I feel that he has had a easier ride because he came in after Ward than if he was direct Kaspers replacement.

But in the grand scheme of things a priority replacement isn’t needed given the other problematic areas within the squad.
