Yet more ridiculous management. Ricardo does that on his own anyway but does it coming from a wide position. Forcing him to tuck in all the time unbalances us as you say, and makes it so unpredictable.

This is definitely a structural message from the manager. He’s literally on Ndidi’s toes. Normally he’ll take the ball from a wide area and dribble inside. His starting position in this game has been in midfield.

Well we've got 45 minutes to put it right, get the lads in the right frame of mind, get the tactics right, bring on the subs at he right time for the right players and play with some positivity

What is this strange word?

Evans was probably just PR but Madders calling out Tanner who is pretty inoffensive was odd and uncalled for - if he genuinely thinks we are playing well he is deluded and Rodgers has brainwashed them.

I've not heard one person in the club come out and say they're gonna fight hard to get us out of this. The lack of self awareness is a concern but hardly surprising given the clown we have in charge

I don't know what Tete is good at all from what I have seen so far.

What is his strength? He looks straight out from academy.

Difficult for that type of player to impress with our style of play. He needs space to run into, quick one twos, progressive play.

Only so much he can do. By the time he gets the ball he has 3 or 4 men to beat.

We look like the only side down there  unaware of our current situation. The likes of Maddison and Evans saying were playing well and are just unlucky further points to this

That’s been really apparent hasn’t it mate.

Other clubs have sacked their managers to try to give themselves half a chance and they are talking like they know they are in a relegation scrap. Both the media and LCFC are talking like relegation is just not a possibility. Then again, so are many of our fans.

I want Rodgers out as much as most, but these players have to hold their hands up and say there is no professional pride, commitment or effort. They should be absolutely ashamed of the performances they are individually and collectively offering up. Nowhere near good enough for way too long.

Has been like that since he's come back in. Wouldn't matter if Tete was playing at the level he did against Villa as he's got 0 chance of doing anything when he's so isolated. And ruins Ricardo's effectiveness. And cramps the midfield. It's genuinely concerning that Brendan can't see that. He really has lost the plot.
