I wasn't criticising Kane. I was just very surprised it was as many as 21!

I think if we replaced Vardy for Kane he would be on the same amount of goals... obviously Kane has been fancied though, we might of won something as well.

Mental isn't it? He may have loads of caps but Maguire doesn't play for his club and his confidence is shot. Dunk is one of the most consistent CBs in the Prem, as is Guehi, and Colwill has loads of potential. Start bedding these guys into the side.

Partly defending poorly because they’re so lop sided too. Phillips is understandably off it so Rice is helping him out more and that leaves Rashford being both the sole attacker and solely responsible for tracking the Italian midfield and right back down England’s left.

We rarely look capable of keeping a clean sheet though.

Good game this, but defensively we have just allowed them too much possession in and around our box. Even game which probably was expected but if we sort the defence out we can win this

Phillips was a shocking pick. Good player, but hasn't been playing. Looks way off it.

It was the problem against france, we were the better team but defensively just didn’t look comfortable. We need to sort that out

Excellent player, but yes not playing so how is he in… surely we have better options. It’s these type of decisions that cost you at the tournaments

Phillips in a 2-man defensive midfield is about as Southgate as it gets. Not a bad player on his day but you need one of them 2 to be a playmaker. Alexander-Arnold alongside Rice might work.
