Leicester vs Everton Match Thread

2 Points dropped

Madders should make a public apology

says everything about our situation when our keeper is MOTM v the least threatening attacking team in the league this season. No one can say we don’t deserve to go down

Not sure you can level that at him tonight tbh

I disagree. Was all about him tonight - taking the pen and 5 minutes into the second half seemingly impressed with his turn on the half way line.

He definitely didn't have a great game, the penalty was poor, it wasn't even a cheeky attempt just soft. He hogged the ball on the edge of the 18 looking to shoot earlier too when he should have been trying to pass or thread it through.

FFS, with Liverpool and the Toon coming up that could be it.

That penalty miss could be the difference. Still we made progress against many of our rivals and fair play to Everton. Both teams fought hard. We should have won but we didn’t lose. Looked like we have got over the confidence crisis and some good performances from players we haven’t seen much. Vardy and Cags great again. Iversen MOM and Thomas did well.

Hasn’t Soumare started stepping up since the management change? The other comments I agree with but Bouba has seemed a different player.

He's still not someone I feel we can rely on. Just so slow, how long he takes on the ball, how many times do players around him get a foot on the ball while he should be passing

Another good point in the context of where it puts us in the league. If Leeds, Forest and Southampton don't win games, we stay up.

But it's still disappointing. Carved apart with ease. Barnes ineffective. Maddison unspeakable for the penalty. Thomas poor. If it wasn't for the incredible Iversen, its relegation but we live to fight another day
