Everton fairly harmless for the last 20mins or so but should have been out of sight after an hour. Only had one period of pressure on the Everton goal and that lasted about 5mins tops. Awful

Poor team selection, poor in game management and a general lack of quality from both teams. And yet either team could have won it.

 

A point each against these and Leeds just ain’t good enough. We’ve left ourselves a lot to do now. How we might rue that missed penalty.

Poor decision to start Ndidi. We invited a side that can barely score a goal all season to have 24 shots on goal. Ndidi was ok defensively, but we took control of midfield as soon as he came off.

 

And then Maddison’s poor penalty costed us the winning goal.

Yes we could have won. But on another day they had countless sitters. We could have conceded 5 against a woeful side such as Everton

We've barely put them under an ounce of pressure at the end of that game, despite having acres of space to counter into. Very weird mindset.

 

Much like Leeds, it was an entertaining game but it looked very much like a top end championship game than a premier league affair.
