Dismantling of scouting that got us where we were. Crap planning from the start of the season re transfers and even bloomin kit! Team No leadership No vision No style of play Lack of responsibility No interest from players who have previously shone All in all and massive S show. We are now in the Championship. We have no money left and no good back room team to get us out of the mess. Start with appointing Nigel Pearson. Buy in youth talent.
