We seem so easy to score against. Nuneaton didn't have to play well today to score 4 and win. And going the other way we were predictable with the long ball, and then when we try and play it's in areas that are tight and congested. There's a massive George Wilson shaped hole in the team.

On the bright side, we have one more point than Rushall did at the same stage last season.

Yeah apart from Mickleover nobody else is really impressing.
If we can sort ourselves out play offs are still easily achievable. Not looking likely at the moment though.

Has anyone seen JDC? Been missing for months.

Manager making the same system mistakes, midfield non existent, no attacking plan and can't defend at even a basic level.

Also too loyal to certain players who aren’t performing. Should be a few changes Tuesday

What would you do? Unless we bring someone in the midfield will stay one-dimensional. Reverting to a back 4  means Wes York at RB, or bringing Alex Dean back in.

Having Robbo back at centre half will make a difference, but I'm not sure how far away his return is.

The Luke Shaw experiment in the 10 role needs to end. He just doesn't seem to know how to play the role and subsequently is never in the game.

Hinckley grind out a tough away win at Wednesfield in baking conditions, puts them four clear after 9 games. Some difficult games coming up but the most positive start in years for AFC.

Ingles also going very well, massive win against Stapenhill too. Play off dark horses perhaps?

I would try Pepe and Thanoj in a 2 and go to a back 4 even if that means Alex Dean coming back in.

Weird this season in the southern league, boro banged 0-7 by telford, Coalville play telford and beat them yet boro play Coalville and hammer them. 608 in attendance with 140 from Coalville.

22 more points and we're safe

Once the game was abandonned that was always going to be the outcome. It's unfortunate for Buxton.

It seems Dave Hilton  has bigger issues than this with The Athletic outing his criminal past. Seems like he's considering selling up.

Yes Scunthorpe had a tough time of it recently.

Some mad results last night. Alvechurch were 4up and drew with Barwell.

Halesowen won the no 9 derby 4-3 in front of over 2100.

Has Mickleover had money pumped in?  They were decent last season but didn't make the play offs, this seson 8 wins from 8.

I don’t think so, they finished last season strongly though and I thought they would go well this season. Didn’t think they would win 8/8 though.

Apart from them there doesn’t appear to be any stand out team, Coalville have made a poor start and are only 4 points off 2nd which shows how open the rest of the league is.

Not a stellar performance tonight by any means but a really important victory for Coalville, sometimes it's just all about winning the game and that is all that matters.

Onto the FA Cup now on Saturday!

Looked a lot more solid with the back 4, hopefully stick with it going forward

As per LCFC82, their squad doesn’t look anything outstanding. I know they’ve divorced from the sports club but nothing radical in that I believe.
