"Most Liverpool fans are not scousers" is such a lazy comment. They have a big fan base but most regular match going Liverpool fans are scousers.

They have more fans living more than 25miles from their ground than any other club.

You ever been to Anfield? lol

Yes many a time. The majority of the Kop will be Scousers, the main stand has a fair share of day trippers of course. Same as Old Trafford, same as Etihad, same as Stamford Bridge.

I really don’t know why people get so offended by That feed the scousers chant, the reality is poverty and child hunger is way higher in a lot more cities than Liverpool, it’s a nationwide problem and most Liverpool fans are not scousers, it’s like a slim person getting offended if you called them fat, it has no foundation but I guess if you look hard enough you will find something offensive, it’s football fans trying to wind up other football fans

You've highlighted quite rightly that it's a hardship which affects millions more people than just people from Liverpool, so we shouldn't take offence? If they sang it about Mancunian's or Geordie's, I'd take just as much umbrage with it. Your logic makes it even more sinister. Sure, it's intended to wind up, but at the expense of people who have little control on whether they eat each day? Really? At what point does basic human compassion come into it? Also the bit about Liverpool fans is balderdash. Any match going fan will tell you that that isn't true.

I am not surprised given how successful they have been in history but that doesn't mean they have local fans too, and they will have a lot.

In the future your stat will probably change to Manchester City Every time we play them away from home I see more of their fans pile out of Piccadilly than I do when we play Man Utd.

Why are you bothered? He didn’t even take his shirt off

Just remembering Demarai Gray scoring the winner v Cardiff a week after the club chairman died in a horrific helicopter crash, and he lifted his shirt to reveal "RIP Vichai", and getting booked and it was insisted that it's irrelevant what the message is, lifting a shirt to reveal any message is a bookable offence.

Gray's was a stupid booking as would Diaz's have been today.

Just because it happened to us doesn't mean I want to see a player booked for it.

I don't think either should be booked, just another example of poor inconsistent refereeing in this country.
