Spent the summer saying they've missed out of Rice and Bellingham because apparently they can't compete financially. Go into the season with no recognised defensive midfielder after shipping goals in pre season. Now they've offered more for Caceido than those two players. And as you say they've spent half a billion improving that squad too.
